1. Regulatory Framework

2. Authorization & Licensing
- We operate as an authorized vehicle scrapping and recycling service provider.

- Necessary documentation is available for inspection by regulatory authorities when required.
3. Vehicle Acceptance & Verification Process
Before scrapping any vehicle, we:
- Verify ownership documents (RC, ID proof, etc.)
- Check for pending dues, challans, or legal disputes
- Ensure the vehicle is not reported stolen or involved in criminal activity
- Obtain required declarations from the vehicle owner (Form 2A equivalent)
Only vehicles meeting compliance requirements are accepted for dismantling.

- Issuance of Certificate of Deposit (CoD)
- Assistance with RTO deregistration
- Proper submission of required forms as per RVSF norms

9. Anti-Fraud & Legal Compliance

- Acceptance of stolen or disputed vehicles

Any suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
