By booking our vehicle scrapping services, you agree to this policy.


1. Service Nature

Drivenix Solutions provides authorized vehicle scrapping, recycling, deregistration assistance, and related compliance services.

Since vehicle scrapping is an irreversible process once dismantling begins, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions below.


2. Cancellation Policy

A. Before Vehicle Pickup

You may cancel your service request:

  • Before the vehicle inspection or pickup is completed.
  • By informing us via phone or email.

No cancellation charges will apply if the request is canceled before dispatch of the pickup team (unless otherwise communicated).


B. After Pickup but Before Dismantling

If the vehicle has been collected but dismantling has not yet begun:

  • Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any logistics or transportation costs incurred may be deducted.
  • Required compliance formalities must be completed before vehicle return (if applicable).

C. After Dismantling / Scrapping

Once the vehicle has been dismantled or scrapped:

  • Cancellation is not permitted.
  • No refund will be issued.

Vehicle scrapping is legally irreversible once processed under RVSF norms.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds may apply only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Overpayment due to technical error
  • Service cancellation approved before pickup

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


4. Payment Terms

  • Final payment for vehicle scrap value is made after successful inspection and verification.
  • Scrap value is determined based on vehicle weight, condition, and prevailing market rates.
  • Once payment is processed and dismantling begins, the transaction is considered final.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases involving:

  • Incorrect information provided by the vehicle owner
  • Pending legal disputes or hidden liabilities discovered after pickup
  • Rejection of vehicle due to non-compliance
  • Change of mind after scrapping has begun

6. Failed Pickup or Rescheduling

If a scheduled pickup fails due to:

  • Inaccessibility of the vehicle
  • Incomplete documentation
  • Owner unavailability

We reserve the right to reschedule or apply additional logistics charges (if applicable).


7. Force Majeure

Drivenix Solutions shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Regulatory changes
  • Transport strikes

8. Dispute Resolution
