1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

  • You must be the lawful owner of the vehicle or authorized by the owner to initiate scrapping.

2. Services Provided

Drivenix Solutions provides:

  • Authorized vehicle scrapping services

  • End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) dismantling

  • Eco-friendly recycling and disposal

  • RTO deregistration assistance

  • Documentation and compliance support

All services are provided in accordance with applicable Government of India regulations and Motor Vehicles Act provisions.

3. Vehicle Scrapping Conditions

To avail our scrapping services:

  • Valid ownership documents (RC, ID proof, etc.) must be submitted.

  • The vehicle must not be involved in criminal activity, theft, or ongoing litigation.

  • There must be no undisclosed financial liabilities unless agreed otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and reject any vehicle that does not meet legal or compliance requirements.

3.1 Undertaking by Vehicle Owner (Form 2A Equivalent)

At the time of vehicle submission, the owner/applicant shall declare that:

  • All information provided is true and accurate.

  • The vehicle is not involved in any criminal case, dispute, or litigation.

  • There are no pending taxes, challans, or financial dues prior to submission date unless disclosed.

  • Any hire-purchase, lease, or hypothecation agreement has been fully discharged.

  • The owner indemnifies Drivenix Solutions against any claims, dues, or legal liabilities arising before the official submission date and time.

The vehicle owner shall remain fully responsible for any false declaration or misrepresentation.

3.2 Undertaking by Drivenix Solutions (Form 2B Equivalent)

Upon official submission and acceptance of the vehicle:

  • Drivenix Solutions shall be responsible for compliance, handling, and scrapping procedures as per government norms.

  • We assume responsibility for lawful processing of the vehicle from the date and time of documented submission.

  • We indemnify the registered owner against liabilities arising after the official acceptance time, subject to accurate owner declarations.

4. Payments & Valuation

  • Vehicle valuation is based on weight, condition, make, model, and prevailing scrap market rates.

  • Final payment is processed after successful verification and vehicle acceptance.

  • Once a vehicle is dismantled/scrapped, no cancellation or refund is possible.

  • Payment timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Free Pickup & Logistics

  • Free doorstep pickup may be provided in select serviceable areas.

  • The vehicle must be accessible for safe loading and transportation.

  • Any additional logistical challenges may incur extra charges, which will be informed beforehand.

6. User Obligations

By using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Submit genuine and valid documentation.

  • Not misuse the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  • Cooperate during inspection, pickup, and documentation procedures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Limitation of Liability

Drivenix Solutions shall not be liable for:

Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the value paid for the vehicle scrapping service.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • A service request may be canceled before vehicle pickup.

  • Once the vehicle is collected and documentation is processed, cancellation may not be permitted.

  • No refund shall be issued once the vehicle is dismantled.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
